The title of this picture can be confusing, but I’m sticking with it, most are titled simply so I can remember which is which, I found this scene behind Wivenhoe Train Station in the Colne Nature reserve (Wivenhoe Woods) walking back in the twilight in October 2025. I took a handheld picture in the near darkness, and decided to return the following day with a full kit to try to capture it properly and this is what I got. It’s in a small clearing giving soft light, while the trees in the distance are lit by a break in the clouds.
Giclée print on 100% cotton archival quality paper. Produced by a local fine art printer, and provided with a white mount cut and fitted by a local framer. Both based in Wivenhoe Essex. Hand inspected and signed.
